We offer a platform to help young adults integrate mental health tools into their life.

Our Story

Our story began in 2018 when founders Leighton and Lockie lost two close friends to suicide within two months. They decided to finish up their old careers in pursuit of establishing an evidence-based charity platform that young people could relate to.

Young people feel unequipped to manage their mental health.

What we do

Our Services

  • Online Education Platform

We partner with local communities, organisations and mental health professionals to share education to our online audience of 20,000+ young people.

  • Mental Health First Aid Training

We provide Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) to young people and organisations. MHFA is a two-day course that equips people to navigate the often unspoken conversations around mental health.

How do we measure impact?

20talk uses a theory of change model to monitor and improve our impact. Our main metrics include improving Mental Health Literacy, Peer to Professional Help Seeking and relationships around Stigma.
